It’s Monday! And I am actually writing today’s newsletter intro on Monday morning which is not my typical schedule. usually I write these over the weekend but the sun finally came out in LA and everyone said, “WE OUTSIDE.” If you saw my IG Stories, you know I got pretty darn burnt and my back is still engulfed in flames as I type this. Time will heal all they say, let’s see how this goes.
I also rocked this hat all weekend long, as I was repping a gf’s press on nail brand, Quickies, and iykyk I’m the queen of merch.
It’s a cheeky cap but I didn’t realize it would be such a conversation starter – not just with men but everyone. People did a double take, they were coming up to me asking where I got it, adding Quickies on socials. We even had some cute boys shoot their shot (which is really what summer is all about) and it just proved to be a great marketing tool for both my gf’s company and my dating life. Conversation Starters
Kate at Trooping the Colours! Princess Catherine made an appearance for the King’s Birthday Parade this weekend and our girl looked healthy. It was nice to see after half a year of speculation. She wore a custom Jenny Packham dress that paid homage to Eliza Doolittle, which is also interesting because Kate played Eliza in a school production way back when.
Luke Newton steps out with alleged girlfriend, Antonia Roumelioti. I say alleged perolike, come on….come on. After MONTHS of press tour speculation as to whether Luke and Nicola were an on-screen turned off-screen couple, we finally got our answer: No! The SECOND Season 3, Part 2 dropped we got pap shots of Luke and his alleged gf, Antonia, stepping out to a Bridgerton AP, hands intertwined, smiles white and wide. While there is no love lost between the on-screen pair, fans had their fair share to say so you can check out some of the comments here.
Millennials may ask: Who the F are Tianna and Cody? Something that rocked TikTok nation this past week was learning that one of their beloved TT couples, Tianna and Cody, called off their engagement after just two months. Tianna is a popular TikTok vlogger and Cody is a guard for the Cincinnati Bengals. Tianna alluded to irreparable damage being done with the video…from the inside of her car…with all her things packed up in the back. If young TikTok love can’t survive, what hope do we have?!
Charli xcx and Taylor Swift are fighting. Charli’s latest album, brat, was released last week and expected to reach no. 1 on the UK Charts. Then Taylor Swift stepped in and released another version of TTPD with even more bonus tracks. But here’s the real kicker – Taylor only released this version in the UK – which has left fans of both artists feeling some type of way. I alluded to this in an earlier newsletter but Taylor has a reputation (lol) for doing this. The first couple times you could chalk it up to coincidence, but at this point? You’ve got to question her rationale and I’m just going to say it: Sabrina Carpenter do you need to watch your back?
Weekend Watchlist
Not one, but two weekend watchlists for you! Because ofc we have our shows to stay on top of, but we also have SPORTS BABY! I was lucky enough to attend the Fred Again show at the Coliseum on Friday night. I’m such a big fan, I tell my friend’s it feels like Fred is our son because he is so precious and genuine. The show brought me to tears but more importantly it was such a cool reminder of the power of music and how it can bring so many of us together! I carried those positive vibes all weekend long.
One Last Thing

The campaign is absolutely stunning and the timing of this could not be better given all the social discourse around Nicola’s body and inclusivity in the latest season of Bridgerton.
