We went Beyond the Villa with Love Island USA

Hi chat! Last night we were at an event for the Love Island USA spinoff: Beyond the Villa at Harriett’s Rooftop in Weho. It was a relaxed vibe unlike any event I’ve ever been to. It was like we were just having a regular club night but the cast of Love Island USA were there. No promotion, no teaser clips, no one plugging anything on a mic – at first I was like “this is strange” but upon reflection it was actually pretty nice to not have any pressure to do anything except enjoy the evening with friends.

And the cast was very sweet, mixing and mingling with everyone even though they could’ve kept to their corner VIP section. Now I’m sure their handlers were like it’s in your best interest to mix and mingle but still, it felt organic, which is what you want at an event like that.
